1) Prime Location OLD Double Story Landed Eg:OUG,Sri Petaling,Taman Desa,Kuchai Lama, Happy Garden, Kinrara, Bukit Jalil,bangsar, ss21, ss22, bu, ss19, Taman tun, Sri hartamas, etc (Individual Title & no GnG & no facility, but mature area, center of everywhere)

2) Outskirt Location NEW Double Story Landed Eg: Rimbayu, Semenyik,Bangi, Rawang, Gamuda Cove, Cyberjaya,Sepang (strata title, GnG, facility, new and biggest size, but might not have everything in the town yet)

this poll is focus about your honest feedback, dont need to give advice like "if you working near to KL, then you should consider prime location blah blah to save ur time on traffic blah blah", just vote and feel free to share with us what your preference.

what i interest to know is after pendamic, where most company already practice for WFH policy, everything we can get it from shopee/lazada/grab food/panda food, did people still prefer to stay in city center, or they moving to outskirt for peaceful life now?

why assumption again... let assume u got 500k cash + 1 million loan amount.
with the same price, u going to choose prime area landed old house or ulu area landed new house?

let say Rimbayu double story (20x90) vs PJ single story old old landed (20x60), both also 700k
and you working in damansara uptown, pj took 10min to ur workspace, rimbayu took 35-45min

the travel time quote from google map lol
but agree with you, for real case, Rimbayu to Uptown might cost 1hr++

not to mention the Mex highway, cyberjaya to KLCC in the morning took almost 1hr-2hr.... jam everyday except weekend...
