My Xperia is giving up I'm planning to get 1V and 5V

Where you guys normally buy from? Sony Center? Or should I go with HK set like Dual Flex?

4999 with wf1000xm5 + case + RM50 tng & screen protector?

I wonder if the 1V still worth over the 5V because this round 1V is 256gb only not 512 like previous one.

+ 1V don't give the thousand ringgit headset

Local price is 5.8k for 256gb version

is it worth to take AP with these whooping >1.2k difference in price? summore u get 512 version.. any risk to expect for HK set vs MY set ?

512GB at 4.6k is very tempting for HK set

Bought 1 V with 512GB storage at 4.3k a real bargain I would say Let's hope I get a decent unit..
btw the absent of Vapor chamber is a bit disappointing although thermal were way better compared to IV

My current 5iii also got Volte but no 5G, tried Digi postpaid previously and recently ported to Hotlink flex just got pink line on display last week after 2 years usage

Before purchase I saw review says Volte supported, mixed feeling now

But do we lose big if we don't get to use Volte?

Like u said the build number without "A" at the back.

Anyway when I receive the phone although the display protector still intact, I notice the packaging does not have any seal compared to Malaysia version where we have sticker seal on top and bottom. And another thing is the phone 1st turned on already at android homescreen, I suspect before shipped they already turn it on probably to test for defect at HK.

Checked IMEI all in line and correct, manufactured week 42 which around October, considered quite new

Don't know yet since my mobile network do not have 5G coverage for my residential area

The phone keep bootloop for a good 10 mins to settle in homescreen

I tried use Companion app to repair which wiped out all data, but still facing this issue.

when it manage to start up, I can use it for days where I tot it is becoming normal, going for a restart then the bootloop happened again.. hardware issue?
