I'm not happy with seller tiger_htl. I offer him a price and he said deal if we COD at a location. Then i suggested to deal immediately. He said he's busy the next day and probably the following next day.

Then suddenly got another msg from him to inform that he had sold the item to another person because he got a better offer.
