Forumer you are complaining against : JUZSELL

I bought a few phones from this seller. Really good n recommended seller. But last 2 items dealing with him ruined his good reputation. First, nokia e71. I called him and he said item still available but he need to take from his boss first. Then I said, okay once u got the item, just call me, and I will bank in. He agreed. But I take one whole day to call him but no response and reply at all. Lastly he SMS me said that item sold already. Yes, quite disappointed but since I trusted him, i just ignored about it.

Until last week, I saw his thread selling Nokia 1110i. I called him and he recognized me since I'm his regular customer. He said item is available and I said my friend will COD with him because I'm staying at Kota Bharu. I asked for his account number and transfer to him immediately for reservation. He said okay.On Tuesdat, my friend call and SMS him but no reply at all. So, he asked me to call him. I also tried the whole day call and SMS him but no reply at all. Until night, he PM me said he too busy with his boss at Melaka. I said okay. Please SMS my friend for COD. Then he said he quite busy and will COD with my friend on Friday. On Friday, still no response from him and once again, I called him to ask about that phone. Then he said, he need to postage since he too busy at the moment. I agreed once again. Until today, I called him, he said already out of stock. Really unhappy and kinda upset right now. Asking him to refund the money and after think for a while, I think I need to complaint against him.

What make me angry is:

1) He said busy but still manage to sell and PM me via PM. You cant pick up the phone, reply SMS but can PM me via internet?
2) He said busy but at the same time I saw he sold other phone on the same day my friend want to COD.I saw he updated his thread for other phone that already been sold on the same day.

P/S: Sorry Juzsell@Bennie for this complaint. I cant accept at all your attitude. I trusted you and really want to make deal with you for long time but you ruin your good reputation by yourself.
