You really have to be careful with new members. It may be dupes of conman.

just don't understand why some ppl just can't understand what is verbal agreement.. and their attitude sucxs... anyway, this kind of mindset, i wonder how long can he survive.. in business world, some ppl look short term profit and some look long term.. guess who survives longer?

sorry to hear that... maybe next time you can try to check their record clean or not first then only deal.... i also got ffk by buyer.... agreed to buy phone SE Ray and ask for best price.. after i told him he said ok... i say check stock for him and 5 mins later call him no pick out... call few times also no pick up.... totally give up........ Details of the complaint : Initially wanted to meet at 1pm but he couldn't make it so he asked to meet at 3pm so I cancelled my other activities to accomodate him and agreed to meet him at Sunway Pyramid to deal at 3pm. Also specifically asked him if the game is Super Street Fighter 4 and NOT Street Fighter 4. Takes me about 30 minutes from my place to get there and another 20 minutes of driving around to get a car park (for those who are familiar with Sunway Pyramid, it's extremely difficult to get a parking slot during weekends) and ended up going out of Pyramid and parking at the shops about 100m away. Reached inside Sunway and sms-ed him to contact me when he reached. Received an sms from him saying 'Eh? I thought we're not meeting today? Sorry already going somewhere, cannot meet today'. Immediately called him and all he said was 'Aya, sorry lah, I didn't read your sms properly, all I can say is sorry.' He offered to send me the item and cover the postage the next day (Monday, 10/10/11). So I have no choice but to agree. Sent him an sms asking for his banking details but no reply. The next day sent him more sms's and still no reply. Sent him a pm at LYN and he only replied on Tuesday 1am (11/10/11). He replied saying that he checked with his friend and it was Street Fighter 4 and NOT the super edition. I was really unhappy at this point and replied him that I specifically asked for the super edition and asked him that since we had an agreement that he should get me one for the price we agreed on. He countered by offering the game that I did not want for RM40. To settle this quick I offered RM35 and considered the price reduction as a form of compensation (and I am already buying a game that I did not really want in the first place). Because of his double ffk I asked him to send me the item first and I will bank in later. He insisted on me banking in first and when I said I do not agree with this he said that the deal was off and stopped replying me.

Details of the complaint : He agreed to buy my iPhone 4 after dealing with him several times through pm since 9 Oct 2011. He agreed to the price and date that I have proposed @KL Sentral yesterday @ 2pm. I smsed him quarter to 2pm to confirm my presence and his but no reply. Wait till 2 pm but didn't show up. Make several calls but all were not answered. Leave KL Sentral around 2.15 pm but then he called in the late evening saying sorry and that he overslept due to work. Asking to COD again after 10.30 pm in McD Bangi but no call, no sms from him till this morning so I consider as FFK case. Thanks but no thanks!

Date of transaction: 23/10/11 (Sunday)

Details of the complaint : Had a deal with the seller on 22/10/11 (Saturday), night time, saying to deal at KL sentral 11.00am in the next morning. Sent a sms when I've reached KL Sentral but never receive any reply. Called seller for more than 5 times already, too afraid to pick up my call. In the end after waited for 10-15mins without having any reply from him, it is very cleared he is dishonest in his sale. wasted my time and energy travelling to there and got FFKed. Perhaps he got better deal, without informing me anything, FFK with no reply of sms or call.

DISHONEST, IRRESPONSIBLE.
