Details of the complaint : this forumer~ben8899 PM me after saw my thread...he said he is helping a fren to buy this phone...bt he said that my price is out of his fren budget and ask for nego...at first i dun wan to but after tat i decided to lower the price n he also agreed with the price...and he asked me to EMAIL the photo to his fren,the buyer~HELEN so she can make decision...i doubted that y this helen can read email but canot just visit my selling thread to see the photo since i have attached..but trying to be sincere i still email to her...so at 20/07/2010 he called me at night to ask abt the condition of the phone...after that he said tmr (21/07/2010) will give me confirm...so at the morning of 21/07/2010 i sms him n he replied that he confirmed want it and ask for my bank details...i sms him abt it and after that he called me again and asked if i have cimb account since i only have maybank account so he said he will try to bank in to me around 3-4pm since he need to go to bank to bank in...after that he sms me n said he cant make it coz he still working but will bank in later to me at night...after that all sms i sent to him...no reply...so i called...his phone canot get through at all for the whole day...

22/07/2010 the phone can get through but no one answer and i called for second time still no answer...when i tried to call the third time...the phone is off already...after that the real buyer HELEN sms me and ask for my bank details n said ben phone is lost n said will bank in to me after lunch time...then around 3sth i sms her again...bt no reply...so i called...canot get through just like wat BEN did...after a while i called again...phone can get through bt she hang up my call...and then she sms me "y so hurry?dun keep calling when m bz..i think trade cancel"...wth man...y i so rush abt it?do u understand coz ben n helen did same thing to me..keep FFK me and no reply or answer from u both...if u are a sincere buyer u will at least give an answer to the seller not just like no reply or do anything...

a time wasting buyer is such a idiot...i just want u guys beware of him~ben8899...dun let him fool u around...

Promised yesterday to deal with me at a fixed price and cod at monash university 12pm today but when I'm near to meet him, he replied tat the price went up to rm85 and left wit only one ticket. I called him twice to reserve 2tix for me as initially I wanted 4 but was told only 3 left, so I bought another 2 frm other fellow forumer. He claim tat he had the rights as a seller to maximize profits and fcfs basis. Am I not the first to confirm?

Finally, i kacau him at one of his selling thread then only wanna reply giving excuse like "I was just about to send you a PM!"

the shirt's initial was too complicated to be printed, and hence, I changed the design and submitted the design. I've also asked for agreement about shirt's design, but no one disagreed, but no one disagreed with the design. even after more than a week, there was no feedback. i then proceeded to do the shirts as many people was waiting very long for it. currently, 25 out of my 33 buyers has received and is giving me good feedback about the shirt and it's design. this buyer then told me ->



isn't it very unreasonable and inconsiderate? what annoys me most is that he said the shirt's design was lame. i can safely say that he is at fault, as the rest of the buyers are happy with it. so guys, please be careful when trading with this buyer. the deposit was forfeited in this case.

After some research, I've found out that even some Lelong members has complained about him.

On Jun 27 We agreed a deal to wait for him to settle a deal on the second week of July. First COD agreed to COD on the third week on Wednesday but then FFK by him. Then second chance given to him to deal yesterday (31st July) wake up early in the morning to wait for him bout 1 and half hours. Never inform me at all and never reply to my sms and calls. I am so regret to reserve this item for him. Got other 2 buyer to buy from me that time. Today saw him on9 on 2am but not a single PM fro mhim at all.

Details of the complaint : he never answer my sms or phone call when we are supposed to meet at 8pm to day at Kelana Jaya LRT station. i waited for 40 minutes after trying to contact him alot of times and even sms him to ask about his whereabouts but he didnt bother to answer any of my calls or reply to my smses

the last conversation we had was at 7.40pm (he was at the masjid jamek LRT station waiting for train) where i ask him to give me a call at 7.55pm to update where he is at that time

-he bid my item E7400 for RM230 and Asus P5KR for RM200,so total RM430 (exceed the quick grab price)
-so i close the thread for temporary to avoid coming bidders
-i PM him said i sell to him the 3 item include Cooler Master TX-3 for RM430..he said ok with that
-after that,he said RM400..ok,im ok with that price..no problem since i put RM400 for quick grab price)
-we agreed to DEAL at night..i said i have a COD with somebody at JLN UNIVERSITI,PJ before we COD..
-he asked me to come his place..PUCHONG(im from gombak,going to PJ,its ok coz im buying,but after that want going to puchong??of coz not!!at least come half way)

hmm, the thing is, although there was a verbal agreement over the internet, if it doesn't materializes doesn't mean that he had broken an agreement / contract. Even so, I don't see that there was any agreement / contract.

People might have considered, and probably thought that they wanna buy, but having 2nd thoughts maybe his money can be put to better use, thus changing their mind.

i as a newcomer/newbie myself do not like dis idea of deposit..i understand the necessity of it but i still dont like it
there has been a few forumers who asked me to deposit HALF or more den half of d amount agreed
EG: deposit RM250 for rm500 item..and we were supposed to COD d next day or on that day itself
IMO a deposit of 10% of d total sum or rm50/rm100 is more den enuf i think

so if u guys do ask for deposit please do not ask for ridiculous amounts..as it is also risky for the buyers and of course i myself would think twice b4 dealing with u

anyways this is just my opinion..
