Meet K Sujata, an actress and model who died on 25 June 2007 after 4 days admitted because suicide (Drinking weed killer, Paraquat.)
- Aged 28. was also personal secretary of MAIKA CEO Vellpaari.(Tun Saamy Velu son)
- Lives in a luxury Condo bought by Vellpaari costing RM 200,000 (in 2007 )which was financed by him. (He is the guarantor)

Vell Paari gave a superficial reason that Sujatha was taken on a journey of about 40km from Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur to Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital, Klang so that Sujatha could be given immediate treatment and Dr. Saktiveloo was able to keep an eye on Sujatha's condition as he was an acquaintance of Vell Paari. The reason given is very funny because every hospital though a government hospital will definitely provide immediate treatment to emergency patients such as cases of poisoning.
Not content with giving superficial reasons in court, Vell Paari had also lied in a media statement a day after Sujatha’s death in which Vell Paari claimed Sujatha died due to a uterine tumor disease he suffered from. A few days later, after being badly beaten, Vell Paari finally claimed that he had to claim that Sujatha died due to uterine prolapse because the family did not want the public to know that Sujatha committed suicide because it would tarnish Sujatha's good name.
