Imagine you have a credit card with OCBC, as a principle, you apply a supplementary card to your loved ones..
The bank approved your application, the bank even post a letter informing you that the supplementary card is ready for collection at one of their branches. You as the principle accountholder, happily walked into their bank branch to collect the card, but you was told by the bank officer that Supplementary cardholder has to WALK-in to do the collection, Principle accountholder cannot due to security reasons!
Next, as the principle accountholder, you called to their contact center to change phone number for OTP e.g., OTP to be sent to principle's phone number instead of supplementary phone number. As the principle, you were told Supplementary have to call in to make the change of phone number request.
Is OCBC is the only bank in Malaysia treating principle accountholder as THIRD PARTY? Do you, as the principle cardholder of any banks, experiencing such treatment from your bank where Principle cardholder cannot make change requests. As principle cardholder, you cannot even activate the supplementary card with you OCBC internet banking, you cannot even setup/change credit card PIN and OCBC wont LAYAN you other than checking transactions history!
It is a nightmare dealing with OCBC and I wonder why do they have such an archaic policies in today's modern times! Really a nightmare as the principle being treated like a THIRD-PARTY by the bank!

Avoid OCBC Credit Card AT ALL COST
