my parcel stuck in OUG HUB since 7th June , didn't move since then.

request to refund , now it being cancel by shopee.

saying that it still that the this order is still in estimated delivery time.

I have the same problem too but with Cheras hub. My parcel arrived there on 4th June and until now haven't delivered yet. Request cancellation/refund being rejected on basis that seller already shipped the parcel.

Now need to confirm received the item by the end of the month. Apa jadah...

Skechers shoes pulak tu. Bahalol sungguh. Probably kena sapu by hub people already.

this is shopee issue, i kena once, item shipped but 2 week no update, seller agree item went missing d n refund but shopee cancel my request,
