I am not sure if I am supposed to post here. Please let me know if its the wrong subforum.

I'm assisting my network engineer (outside Malaysia) to set up the network in one of the company here in KL.
We have subscribed UnifiBIZ with 5 fixed IP and it will be configured to our CISCO ASA FW.

Does anyone have any experience in setting this up? My network engineer tried setting it up but we can't get connected.

Initially the network engineer attempted to connect ISP Modem-->CISCO ASA FW but that did not work. It was unable to connect to Internet

So we decided to connect ISP Modem-->ISP Wireless Router-->CISCO ASA FW. But that too did not work.
I tried to manually configure the additional fixed IP to my laptop ethernet adapter and the IP is working.. ISP Modem-->ISP Wireless Router-->Laptop (manual fixed ip).

I checked with Unifi call center if they have any restriction or the block Cisco MAC address. But they say not such block or restrictions.

The network engineer did configure by setting vlan500 with correct username/password. But maybe because its UNIFI, there is some other additional settings that needs to be done.
Maybe my network engineer doesn't know this because he not based in MY or familiar with UNIFI.

I want to know if anyone has a similar set up and actually successfully configured it.
