what you are saying make no sense
what is a private ip address
A private IP address is a range of non-internet facing IP addresses used in an internal network. Private IP addresses are provided by network devices, such as routers, using network address translation.
Internet Protocol (IP) addresses identify a device on either the internet or a local network. IP addresses also enable information to be sent between devices on a network.
Those address are generate from a LAN network such as router with a DHCP. eg where the gateway is 192.168.0.1 Those device connected to that gateway will be issue with an ip address by the DHCP with eg. 192.168.0.118
These address will not carried internet data to another network not within the LAN system.
Please understand the concept of how ip address is distributed before you made such damning comments on other network providers
It is usually the network DNS service pointing to that service providers that is being checked by your isp that cause the disturbances.
The is no such thing as private ip address in connecting from the internet.
Thank you boss. We are not talking about those 192.168.xx LAN IP here.
It is about public versus private IP/CGNAT by the provider in Malaysia.
