add shortcut to startup

"C:\Program Files\PuTTY\pageant.exe" C:\Users\your_username\.ssh\putty.ppk

C:\Users\your_username\.ssh\putty.ppk supposed to be default location. Most app will look at that path. Otherwise change that to where you put your private key.
