If you don't have accoutants, get one freelance or agency' and ask them to recommend the good ones. Usually they will use the same for their clients.

If you are managing on your own, can try quickbook but its gonna be at 58 per month /most cheapest plan

Now back to the main question, getting one is important, mainly for taxation purpose. Getting your account sorted on daily basis is better than having them messed up and cost you more to fix it. Freelance ccountant charges are not cheap especially those with per hour rate
