Hello guys, I've just moved in a new Condo without a Smart Meter for Air Conditioning after a month, and getting some complaints from other tenants I might overspend the electrical bill...
And plan to pay what I use for the air conditioning for TNB max rate.

Thought want to DIY the meter onto the Air Cond myself, and hopefully don't electrocute myself.

Apparently the home owner doesn't really give a damn what we do to the house as long we don't destroy/burn it down...

TLDR I graduated with EEE but I normally blow alot of circuits along the way while graduating, so I don't want to blow up my rooms Air Conditioning and Circuit Breaker.
