All owners will ask race . Even myself ask race when rent out my properties. In my 15 years experience, it is well known 1 particular race always give big headache.

Thats the worst thing to do. I have met many tenants providing fake documents to prove they are professionals.

And if they are professionals, why the heck do they want to rent from u when they can buy their own?

9/10 of that particular race give problem. So instead of trying to find that 1 good one, just reject all of them. Its not worth the risk ,money and time to chase them out in the event they dont pay

Yup. During the early years of my property investment journey, i rented to them because i wanted to rent out my place fast without caring who the tenant was.

How wrong was i to do that. I had nightmare after nightmare with these ppl. They seem to have drinking parties everyday. Making so much noise till multiple complains were lodged against my unit. And then there is the smoke and smell from their prayer items. The whole house would smell and look like a temple .

Then the worst part is they started defaulting on rent. Asked my agent to chase rent from them. They sent their gangsters to harass my agent.

In the end, had to get a court order and bailiff came to remove them. Even then, my unit was left in a mess , dirty and alot of spoilt items. That was the first and last i would ever rent to these ppl.

Never ever rent to africans or arabs. Worst ppl on planet earth especially arabs

Super difficult ppl to deal with. Renting my house but acting like they own the place and act like a boss.

Arabs are historically rough & rude ppl. Thats why middle east there non stop fighting and war.

They follow their archaic law where women have to be slaves to the husband. I once brought an arab couple to view my unit long time ago. The lady wanted to go toilet. This lady then proceeded to ask the husband permission to go toilet in front of me and the agent. We were like WTF, go toilet oso need ask permission. Thats why i wouldnt want to deal with these type of ppl.

My neighbour kena. He rented to an Iranian. And that guy was doing drugs. Whole police team raided the condo.

This was an upmarket condo with rental around 3-4k a month. Imagine suddenly got around 20 police come and rush up the lift to the unit.. damn scary
