other countries authorities are firm so nobody mess around
tenant or landlord are equal.

you pick up the phone, call the cops and say they are a nonsense
and default in rent, cops are already at the door way of your property
and will issue eviction notice so on and will advice tenant to move on in a few days if
not they will come nabbed them away.

tenant wont have a chance hence no worries on racial profiling
as authorities are in place to assist the course properly

back here...cops say buat report pergi settle sendiri !


ah...so all no assistance from authorities hence landlord
have no choice but racing in the future tenant selection.

if you guys have a chance to experience rental in singapore
you will know how far behind we are , they have a setting
to prevent almost all this issue! landlord and tenant are peaceful
in many ways.
