just saying, 3 house away from me, first tenant kena chase by ah long and house got burn down at midnight, luckily fire stop on time.

beside this house also same vroom, previous tenant lari because hutang ah long also.

then new tenant come lcly say he very rich, 6 months after that lari also because hutang ah long and front neighbour money.

coincidentally, all same vroom.

seems like it's easier to hit this kind of tenant rather than tio toto.

3 lari at same timing which is in wee hour in the morning.

i think that 2 house is damn suay, the rest is ok.

the burnt house until now haven't rented out.
the lari ah long one apparently owed 3 months rent + utilities bill, consider him lucky because house didnt get burn down.

but the point is, it is this kind of experience that make you think twice about renting it out.

we also scared, everytime shits happen, then all neighbour come out chit chat.

Yes, the place that I stay now no GnG. We preferred it that way imho. No need pay additional fee, less hassle in and out.

If you get neighbour from hell, what also cannot help.
