Why don't want rent to indian?

I rented my house to indian few times, so far all good experience.


But i remember one of them kind of begging for me to rent my house to him. It's like he was already in losing position before the negotiation begins. Maybe he had bad experience in renting previously.

I also used chinese agent previously. i never set race as requirement but every time she got potential indian tenant for viewing she'll say to me "but they are indian, hope you don't mind" something like that
