i just rented to an indian new family,.. young couples with 3 kids,.. husband work as long distance lorry driver,.. then,..i went there to sign agreement after they move in,.. no furnitures ,.. even stove also put on the floor,...

crossing my fingers no delay on rental,.. and no damage to property,..

hope no problem,.. my profile analyse is this,... for small family, factor of irresponsibility risk is lower,... if bunch of bachelors or for workers,.. confirm reject,.. .

2ndly,.. long distance lorry driver salary actually quite high,.. 1k monthly shouldn't be a problem,.. those who don't want to review their job,.. also i will reject,..

3rdly,.. the area full with indian enquiries,.. not many chinese (chinese mostly asking for sales not rental),.. and Raya season,.. not many malay enquiries also,..

so hope this one goes well,.. if not then got new ban list in my profiling selection,..

deposit can be refund if no damage,.. how is higher deposit not fair ??... if tenants got few airconds,.. i will ask for 1 month utility deposit instead of 1/2 month,... is that discrimination ???... for commercial some owner even ask for higher deposits if the tenant doing some higher risk business,..

higher risk,.. higher deposit,.. not that he rejecting outright,.. he's giving him chance for rental with no disadvantage for tenant but more security to the owner,.. deposit is full refundable,..he's giving chance to the tenants ,... how izit discrimination ??

rental to doctor vs rental to retail cashier,.. is that a discrimination ??... which one higher risk ??
