QUOTE(Azran1979 @ Jun 16 2022, 12:42 AM)
lets say im 36 now. and my weight is 85kg.

when i was 26 my weight is 72kg.

is it possible now for me to get back to 72kg?

ive calculate my calories but i found it really hard to go lower than 85kg. (already on weight loss diet for 2 month already)

is it with age our weight also increase? or is it because im just not working out hard enough ?

I'm 38 this year. So I was 36 two years ago. My weight was 75kgs. I've dropped down to 61kgs with proper diet & clean eating (no carbs, more protein, no sugar, etc.)
Proper exercise & diet is important. Walk / jog / run about 10,000 steps per day. Do exercise to trim tummy fat, get a flat stomach.
Remember that the older you get, the less calories / food you need to consume. Aim for nutritious food instead.

Ask yourself this - Do you want to look 30 when you're 60, or look 60 when you're 50?
Then, live your life accordingly.
