lets say im 36 now. and my weight is 85kg.

when i was 26 my weight is 72kg.

is it possible now for me to get back to 72kg?

ive calculate my calories but i found it really hard to go lower than 85kg. (already on weight loss diet for 2 month already)

is it with age our weight also increase? or is it because im just not working out hard enough ?
