1. cannot create more than 1 partition, using minitool partition wizard also cannot, it shows me warning, pls see the snapshot.
2. using recovery tool to recover some file from my notebook drive to external harddrive, end up some files appears to be corrupted, and wanna delete whole folder, and it prompts "0x80070570 error" so i cannot delete the folder
3. newly created folder always in read only mode, even i go to properties, try to untick readonly , and click apply, also go back to readonly in the end.
4. it shows VendorCo ProductCode USB, is this real Seagate harddrive?

it is a nightmare to handle this external harddrive, what goes wrong?

external hdd formatted using exfat is usually fake
try formatting it to ntfs, see if windows can detect it
if cannot, then confirm fake

not sure, could be the controller is utilising some features of exfat to present a fake capacity to the OS

Where did you purchase this HDD?

Did you buy it off Shopee, those somewhat cheaper ~RM100 "local seller" (not) listings.
Possibly a fake HDD

Here's a quick test to see if it's really a HDD
With it off, put your ear next to it, then plug it in
If it's a real HDD you should hear a motor spin up and make a bunch of scratching and clicking noises

If it's dead silent, it's probably a fake USB drive inside programmed to report a fake capacity.

EDIT: i looked up VenderCo ProductCo

Go dispute your purchase now!
It's a scam drive.

Best way to verify, physically open up the caring and check the insides.

Dont worry about broken casing, can easily find replacement exthdd case online.

Seller will try hard to not give you back your money

You need to clearly explain that this is a fake capacity HDD, it's been reprogrammed to say it's 2TB when it's not
After that, seller may try to get you to return the product to an invalid address, such at postcode 00000

5 star reviews, 10k sold, 100% authentic, lowest price guarantee means nothing
I've seen scams with those

Don't use exfat. You will experience data loss. Go for NTFS or APFS (for mac)

Real ext hdd when you access file, you can feel slight vibration due to the moving actuator and motor, or can put close to your ear, real hdd have tickling noise, fake hdd use reprogrammed flash chip thus have no noise.

My 4TB WD external HDD formatted to exFAT to be compatible with both Windows and Mac.

Usually external HDD bought online from dubious sellers were mostly fake.

exFAT if you becareful , corruption is hardly problem if you mostly read files, corruptions occurs if you write files and there's sudden disconnection.
My ext HDD also formatted to exFAT for my android phone usage.
