it will never be truly sentient until the AI can question his own existence. From the transcript of conversation that i read, the AI is just answering the question, not asking them back to make use response back and forth, like a conversation with a human being.

Its more like QnA with an AI. u can just store massive amount of information and let the 'AI' read it, trigger and match based on what is the best responses it can be. It just advanced programmed and highly functional bot. thats all.
