Hi guys,

I've purchased a modded switch v2 couple years ago, has not playing for a while.
I brought out the switch now and were unable to play latest game due to outdated.

Would like some advise, is there any ways to revert modded switch to original so I can update and purchase latest games to play online?

Iirc you need to have the original backup of your sysnand to restore.
Are you sure your original sysnand is not even blocked by nintendo in the first place?

I'm sorry to say but I'm not that good at this.

I went to a game shop to purchase this pre-modded switch (SXOS) Version 10, was playing for a while back then.
After that I left it there to collet dust, now I saw some good games releasing but realized I couldn't download anymore games (NSP) due to my switch version outdated.

For now I'm looking for someone who with the knowledge to provide me a solution.
I don't think I have backup anything because the switch was already modded when purchase.

Try to go back to the store and ask for help? Normally people who sell modded switch will provide services for customers.
