Yup, sos alone, they already whack u rm5 pax

But can’t blame them , most of this kinda trendy steamboat only hired local waiter (not cheap)

Yeah that's the thing.

HDL staff are all local non Muslims with advanced level of Mandarin. Not cheap.

Basic pay for waiter at HDL is 4.3k (10 hour shift 6 days a week)

Kitchen staff 3.9k
