you can find then download apk, there are many sites offer you apk, but you need to becareful know how to verify if the apk is not altered, im not responsible if you install some kind of adware or lose millions if you lose your bank information.

Well, I use 123-456 as postcode and phone number 010101011 sorta to kaotim the address, but after download, you also find it hard to login or open new ID for douyin coz they need you to tied up with a +86 phone number.

well thats why i stated android clearly, i think its easier for him to get an android device then sideload the apk than find a way to install it into his iphone.
