My 4 year old tyres has covered 22000KM on 2018 Honda City.
Using Goodyear GT3.
I checked the front tyre depth it's 3.5mm and rear is around 2.5mm.
Is it supposed to wear out this quickly?
And why the rear wears out faster than the front? Only 2 people in the car most of the time, otherwise 1 person only. Nobody sits behind and don't carry anything in the boot.
That is abnormal tyre wear rates.Using Goodyear GT3.

Your rear alignment angles are worse off than the front, never mind even if they are all greens or within oem alignment specifications.
Unfortunately City has a rear torsion beam design which Honda factory doesn't provide for rear alignment adjustment.
A mod on the rear is the only option.
