Any body buying bungalow lot at Batang Benar. I see price is still cheaper than Bangi area.

Is this area good, I am thinking having a kampung bungalow at this area for my retirement 6 yrs time.

I have a house in Mantin. Pass by batang-benar to go Nilai.
Its a kampung area but fair location i would say. Just moved here a few months ago so i cant comment much.

Go check College Heights Garden Resort Pajam. You will be surprised on how cheap it is. Freehold some more with infra ready and gated. Sold mine already because don't play to stay there.

Would say good for retirement, slow life but got easy access of Lekas hiway and KTM batang benar if need to go to town. Old quaint kopitiam also got to in mantin area, can hang out like uncle2.

No smell already as they closed the landfill few years back and converted it to solar panel field

I dont recommend batang benar … mantin and pajam still ok

Batang Benar problem is that it is too near road granite quarry .. with the noise, quarry lorry and dust make it unlivable for me

I work at klia and pass batang benar everyday last time going back to Mantin
