On June 2022, I created this thread to look for funder.

My project is now approved as of 11-Jan-2023 for a duration of 3 years. Agreement can view by meet up.
No sending via softcopy, P&C.

Requirement:
Loan : RM250,000-00 (min) - RM300,000 (max)*
Return : Principal + Profit sharing (Funder take 70%, negotiable)
Lawyer : On funder cost
Net profit margin: 30% - 35%

Note:
1. This is an agriculture project. Not get rich scheme/ponzi.
2. Funding limit per investor is RM50k. No limit to investor who want to fund entire project.
3. I am currently located in KL before move to project location to personally manage this project.
*Costing difference due to machinery cost adjustment every quarter.
