On June 2022, I created this thread to look for funder.

My project is now approved as of 11-Jan-2023 for a duration of 3 years. The project is currently underway.

Thanks to investor giving the opportunity.

Why you dont go for crowd funding such as Funding Societies?
*
They prefer a running biz for at least 1 or preferably more than 2 years. More suitable for a business with immediate return ie: start operate today and serve the loan on following month.

Agriculture is different. Growing the crop require time before harvest. Upon commencement I will get loan from government on 2nd year. It will supersede funder's loan and fully repaid on 3rd year based on schedule.

It's nearly a year. Project proposed in March 2022. Went through district, state, federal review with election in between.
It's quite a long ride i can say. Here is the site i visited before CNY.

We got bad monsoon at the moment but glad that this is on higher ground. This parcel of land is ok.

I am planting Napier grass. Looking for funder with role as private borrower with higher-than-bank interest rate return.

Details will explain if we meet. Sorry no sending of documents to avoid being abused, hope u understand. 😊

What is Napier glass?
*
Napier grass. It's a high productivity crop that is suitable to grow here in Malaysia due to weather. Typically used as animal feed.
