 Speaker got problem - Labtec LCS 2414

guys, really need ur help. i bought this speaker in 2002 if i not mistaken. 1 of the satellite speaker, the one without volume control is not producing any sounds. sad.gif only 1 satellite with volume control and the woofer producing sounds. i tried open the woofer to check the jack port but seems like i did a big mistake though doh.gif i took out the screws of the black round thing (what u call that?)... and what i need to do now??? cry.gif icon_question.gif

The sub woofer? did the sound stop coming before or after you unscrewed the woofer?

before i unscrewed them. try to check the jack if loose or not. i thought if i unscrew all those screw, i can open the box but i cant. now, all those screws loose already. can simply pull off from the hole. the sound still got problem but it happen to 1 satellite speaker only.

I think I got what you mean... so the driver of the subwoofer is now loose insde the box.. right? since you have unscrew all the screws holding the driver to the box.

what driver? i am afraid anything happen to the black round thing will affect to the whole of the speaker+subwoofer. but how can i fix the satellite speaker (the 1 without sound)?
