I am seeking feedback about owning and staying in landed properties (semi-D's or bungalows) at Avenue 4 and/or Avenue 6 in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn as am considering if these are good buys and pleasant residential areas? Any thoughts would be most appreciated. Thank you
