for now it can only show 4 apps (or groups) on the left side under Stage Manager ...

the other apps (or groups) are hidden

I'm still more use to hover and pick the app(s) from the dock directly but hopefully the habit can change if stage manager is good ...

My MacBook Pro 2017 is supported. However I think it may be the last macOS upgrade looking at the trend.

I don't want stage manager.....I want the FaceTime call transfer only ><

• No more Network Locations. I used that quite a bit. :-(
• Photos migrated to iCloud Shared Photo Library. Haven't really used it yet. 35000 photos took about 3hrs.
• The IOS-like Settings is going to take a little bit of getting used to.
• Stage Manager seems nice.

I used shared album, but not sure about shared photo library. can you tell me where to look at this Shared Photo Library?

okay. got it. i need to set-up from my profile --> icloud --> shared library --> set-up

Currently on Ventura 13.3.
• Network locations is back. Dunno when it came back but it's back.
• iCloud Shared Photo Library is really awesome. not so much for #foreveralone /k but great for families.
• Stage manager off
• Since 13.3, very often, especially after sleep, Continuity stops working on Mac mini. Have to reboot to get it back.

Was super annoyed by this until I solved this recently by reset network settings

Ventura 13.5 has a bug in Privacy & Security/Location Services.

It no longer shows the apps that has requested for Location service. Existing apps still works but you can't toggle it off/on. New apps are not able to request for Location service. System services aren't affected.

Found this out when setting up new MBA M1.

No wonder when I did a new MacBook setup two weeks ago the latest updates only show 13.3 when I remember last month I saw 13.5.

Also where can I ask questions regarding MacOS? I am setting up Macs remotely for corporate use, and Viber can start and run in a user with administrator privileges but cannot start in standard user. Googled for a few weeks still cannot find solution.

13.5.1 fixed that location services problem. As for your other question, just create a new thread or ask in an appropriate existing one.

Can't remember if it's 13.5 or 13.5.1. Siri on my mbam1 occasionally stops responding to "Hey Siri" and the Siri/Dictation button. This happens after waking sleep. A restart will fix it. Not critical but annoying.

Hopefully Sonoma fixes 3 things that were annoying me on Ventura.
1. Occasionally Escape key and Siri (both at the same time) stops working. (MacBook Air M1)
2. Occasionally no audio from MacBook Air speakers. Audio is ok if switched to AirPods. (MacBook Air M1)
3. After searching for a file in Finder and duplicating it. I'm unable to rename the duplicated file while still in the search window. Happens with Dropbox and OneDrive which are using the new Apple File Provider API.
