Hi,

I bought a new semi-D and i am not sure do I need any permit for minor renovation.

My house is a semi-D house.

1. I plan to add awning to my parking porch, side and back door.
2. Replace all the cement with floor tiles at the courtyard.
3. Increase the height of the sharing partition at the backdoor by adding 5 row of bricks.
4. Seal the small windows for ventilation which are above the back door.
5. Shift the windows beside the backdoor to higher level.

No demolition and no expansion that will change the structure of the house.
