 toshiba harddisk bought from shopee, where to send it for warranty?

i bought toshiba external harddisk from shopee , and it has clicking sound and undetectable, and i want to sent it to warranty. I am trying to contact the shopee seller, but it is no longer a shopee seller. I contact shopee and they said i only can get receipt that is issued directly by shopee. Is it possible to still get the warranty? and where is the location of Toshiba harddisk service center? Anybody pls help!

I also bought from shopee. No hard copy receipt. Bought last month but the date on packaging is ady 1 year. No distributor sticker, Try to look online if can register for warranty but couldn't find any.

Previously can't remember how many years ago (more than 2 years warranty expired ady) also bought online but hardisk (toshiba) still good until now. Hopefully this one also can last.

Seller also quoted me a few months to RMA mine. Not sure if they have any local centers for electronics since all the service related stuff I could find are their bigger appliances.

i have same problem. but in my cases seller not replying my message in shopee apps.
already register warranty claim at seller website but still no replies.

Toshiba Asia replied my email.
And i just send back for RMA last monday to toshiba representative at Subang Jaya.
i will Never buy from monodigital and their sub company again. (cubic pacific, troca, etch}

Thanks for the info. At least we know that Toshiba Asia replied to your email for RMA.
I bought from Living Gears previously for the Toshiba N300. Not sure if they are a good shop to buy from.
Western Digital RMA is easy, we can just do it from their website.

After nearly 1 month and 11 day, mono digital replied my email. Lol

And Toshiba already send me new replacement today,

What a slow services by mono digital.

They will reply and asking your hdd serial no and checking for you first.

My process from replying and got replacement only in 10 days.
Very efficient and fast

thanks for sharing this. have a N300 showing up with error in SMART test, gonna direct to Toshiba instead of going back to Viewnet

I think there are 2 authorised distributors for Toshiba internal hardisk in MY, other than Eternal Asia, the other one is Kaira Technology, all my Toshiba hardisks (2× x300 & 2x N300 are from Kaira Technology. I RMA one of my N300 Nov last year with Kaira Technology through the seller. Took 1 month to for a replacement.

I don't know about that. I just follow instruction by Toshiba.
Mqybe if cant claim at external asia we can proceed at Kaira Tech
