If you already put them on your ignored list, I believe you won't received any message when the annoying ppl tagged you or reply to your post. Their comments in the forum will also not shown to you unless you un-ignore them.

Just try it. 

But you will not get any "notice" on the top, unless you go and read those quote. Once they see u never reply them anymore because you stop getting notices from the forum, sooner or later they will stop bothering you lor....

I think that's good enough to avoid the ppl who annoyed us in the forum.
