Anyone managed to get a hold of this yet? Looking for reviews. I have the arte 14 (normal edition), absolutely love it but the 16 looks quite promising too.

I’m considering the arte 14 night edition but it comes with 11th Gen i7 4 cores whereas the new 12th Gen i7 is like 12 cores. How do you like the arte 14? Is it good?

I have the one without the discrete GPU (the original one that came out last year). For work use, really loving it for the price (the screen, keyboard and trackpad).
The fans are quite loud on max (can toggle manual), but it hardly gets that loud during real life use.
For gaming, I have a razor core x which i dock to it whenever i feel like playing video games. Literally plug and play for me.

When I was reading threads on illegear seems like many complaints for selected models but I guess the model you bought seems closest to a replacement for MacBook Air in terms on weight. I was wondering for office work would it matter to get 11 Gen or 12 Gen processor as the price differs by 1k for newer processors. šŸ˜…

Yeap, I definitely took the weight as the win factor for it at that point of time lar, nowadays theres cheaper laptop with on par specs. Can try see Machenike Machcreator in lazada and youtube.

The 11th Gen is good enough for me, I do a lot of programming (JS,PHP,MYSQL) and run VMs without issue on this laptop.
The only con is the battery life though, which is a bit disappointing.

I wouldn't recommend for gaming though, or get an EGPU like me if feel like gaming tongue.gif.
