Last 2 years bought the machine and capsules from them for office staffs. Need to buy at least 1 box every month via CC autodebit. Initially can drink all, but then MCO strikes.... and capsules start piling up

So decide to cancel their monthly purchases. Rejected.... because need to fulfill 2 years at least... then when over already.... again rejected because didn't cancel before 24 months over (WTF).

Just curious, have you ever tried cut open the capsule after you make your coffee?
Do you see bean grind or there is nothing inside the capsule?

Got several sources told me it's instant coffee, but I never got the chance to open one myself, which is why I asked.
I tried dolce gusto and it's ground bean alright.

unker pernah kopek out its ground bean, but nothing close to those freshly made. Can tell it stands just a bit above the standard of the 3in1 abominations nia... if anything aikcheong kopi o potbags might even give it a run for its money in terms of freshness.

I think its probably ground beans but treated with preservatives/agents, similar effect with the kopi o potbags also im guessing its just the packing process to make it last longer. Fresh beans u cant just leave out like that ma kan?. Flavour is still there lah, just not great.
