Last 2 years bought the machine and capsules from them for office staffs. Need to buy at least 1 box every month via CC autodebit. Initially can drink all, but then MCO strikes.... and capsules start piling up

So decide to cancel their monthly purchases. Rejected.... because need to fulfill 2 years at least... then when over already.... again rejected because didn't cancel before 24 months over (WTF).

Good thing never cheap. RM1 for a cup of

Hmm, ayam walk in to their base in south City Plaza to sign up this and has been consuming the coffee for 5 yrs + de.

Early of the year, the machine broke down, call them and very fast do a 1-to-1 exchange for the machine. New machine more quiet than the old one.

Ayam own consume with family. So far so good the coffee.

still got the machine for Rm1 monthly back then, already cancelled thru email n fb
still they try to charge me every few months, but then the my cc they had expired on the same month I requested cancellation

I think its probably ground beans but treated with preservatives/agents, similar effect with the kopi o potbags also im guessing its just the packing process to make it last longer. Fresh beans u cant just leave out like that ma kan?. Flavour is still there lah, just not great.

i did sign up with arissto. so far no problem. only complain is capsule is small and pilling up if don't consume regularly. i cancel it myself walk in to their office at south city as i stay near there only. They are own by Diamond water so their things is like direct selling a bit for their agent. I got my deposit back few months after cancelling. i did get back but slow only. no problem to cancel. Now i drink only freshly ground coffee. much better taste, cheaper and no commitment. start with moka pot, then pour over now i got a espsresso machine. nothing beats freshly ground coffee bean, that's a fact

so, how come they're still in operation, and now even selling croissants? shouldn't they be shut down by now?
