Temporarily leaving SG because the NTU hall office refuse to extend my lease...

If you mean after my PhD, well that depends on my future wife... I can either go to academia or work in hedge funds in Singapore.

Postdocs in NTU earn 8000 SGD a month by the time I graduate, hedge fund will pay me 10k-15k SGD a month by then.

I don't see any other place better than SG to start a family.

I plan to work in SG and buy a house to stay in JB with my wife because I wanna rotan my children...

12-week is hotter this time, pulling down COY to be comparable to that of 4-week.

Tomorrow gonna bid 5000 SGD for the 6M T-bill, followed by 1k SGD for next week's 1Y T-bill and finally another 5k SGD for the 6M T-bill that follows 2 weeks from now... my capital is getting larger and larger...

With a 5-10 basis points spread, we might expect an ask yield of 3.45-3.5% p.a. I don't have access to Bloomberg right now so can't tell, when I fly back to SG will take some screenshots for you guys again.

6-month ask yield of 3.6 looks about right, reasonably priced for me.

Anyway financial goals wise everything is on track. 300k MYR net worth end of this month, 500k MYR in 2 years time, 1 million MYR by 30.

I think woman and children bring joy... especially since I lost my mother a few years ago. Your children still have a lovely mother like you so not so desperate lah haha When I have 1 million by 30, sharing my money with my wife to start a family is surely the business I am targeting.
