hi sifus... i know there has been some old threads and i still havent buy my cage yet mainly due to many options available... can i get some feedback one below... for one i know is i will buy from local instead of taobao to save myself hassle of warranty or missing pieces...

does decathlon Weight training rack have better build vs desiregym power cage? i noticed the picture is very similar (minor differences like marking and safety bar) and i haven't really see the real cage itself... for desiregym power cage, i see many seller in shopee selling as well so not sure if its same or different..

anyone can recommend sturdy floor mat for the cage or we don't need it event if its on floor tiles?

sorry if this is noob...

I'm using decathlon power rack. It's good. You need rubber mat to avoid it move.

I find that decathon rack is too low..... can't do overhead press in there.... you can always do it in front of the rack though......
get those heavy duty gym mat.... around rm20 per piece(50x50cm).... normal rubber mat cant take the abuse.....

yea back those day i was in shop lot gym, i did overhead at front rack....
i m buying those heavy duty rubber mat.. 25mm thick 50cmx50cm. damn heavy.... 5kg per piece... should do the trick.
once those lay out, i ll get the set... i see their bench also not too pricey, less than rm500...
