Hi sifu / otai,
Went to the showroom and put down some deposit for the property. This project developer is MKH and boy I saw a lot of bad review from this developer. Anyway, want to know anyone have any comment or review on this upcoming project from MKH, feel free to share here. This will be my first home and hope to hear from fellow LYN members if anyone have any experience living around Kajang 2 / Semenyih area. Btw, MKH has plan to develop nearby area with commercial hub in 7~10 years, which is light years away, and the sales kit does indicate this. Unfortunately, that commercial area is just another artist impression, might not realize.

Price starts from RM670k, which is high enough to be un-affordable.

Personally not a fan of this developer due to their previous project on high rise. But landed seems better .

Got a relative bought a semi D for 700k few years ago at Hillpark(first few phase) working in Semenyih. She love this place, quiet and peaceful. Now saw asking price is 1.2m but not sure how much will it transact in the end.

Of course heading to town might be a hassle. As for future development, they seems uncertain. Kind of “see how” concept. So buy if they match your criteria, not because of “future development” 😁

did some research in that area last time, chinese high school and shops are there
but the road is quite small and feels far from the commercial area
maybe there's a new highway next to it, it could be really close to precinct 3

Ya, 2 storey freehold start from rm670k. MKH via their annual general meeting did propose to develop commercial hub north from the residential area and whether it was approved I dont know. There will be a connecting road propose to be build that will connect to major highway from precint 3 beside it. Honestly, my purchase would be more on future development on the commercial hub.

but compared to semenyih, isn't that kajang 2 is better option?

ya, nowadays most double storeys in the market also sold out, quite okay that this freehold 20x70 still have unit, but now no more 6xxK already lah, more than this already.

Hi, i am staying in a Tmn next to Akina Kajang2 show house. The area is located at hill side.
The downside of the location is traffic which connected to connector to Bdr Baru Bangi/ Kajang and Kajang2 is congested especially peak hour.
User from Jalan Semenyih also flow in this way to go thru to Bangi or skip Silk highway toll to UPM/ iOi direction.
i can't imagine how bad will be the traffic condition once Mirai Residences and Kaizen Kajang2 (commercial hub) completed.

As mentioned by MKH property director the target market is people looking for a low-density haven for families, upgraders to a landed house and those looking for serenity within a development yet with easy access to Greater Kuala Lumpur.
