Depends on the number of people queueing / doctor or nurse availability. Maybe will have to make appointment. But wont be long because the test is only a simple test.

And also, you cannot test for HIV straight after sx, there is a windows period of 3 months
other STD i am not sure.

there is different STD, e.g. syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HIV etc, if u really want a peace of mind, better check for all.
AFAIK, not all clinics provide STD screening services, you need to google for the ones who provide such service.
I am not sure if the STD test by Kliniks Kesihatan cover all these, or it is just a rapid test kit for HIV, not others.
because usually the comprehensive ones (cover the ones i mentioned), need a syringe of blood to be sent for lab test, not just one-two drops, that's just a rapid test kit for HIV.

seem like truvuda is for pre exposure and not post exposure, no ?

for post exposure need to take together with the other meds
