Hi,

I'm buying an 1080sqft 4Bedroom and 2 Bathroom condo and would like to know the estimation cost for build in wardrobe for room, bathroom and tv cabinet those.
Kitchen cabinet developer will provide so I will not take this into costing.

Anyone mind to share the estimation on how much you spent on all these to make my condo fully furnished before rent out? Would like to calculate my ROI

Actually, for basin cabinet in bathroom, you can buy the ready made.

For wardrobe, you can approach those kitchen cabinet suppliers, they also do the wardrobe. I got a cobe for 10' tall melamine chipboard cabinet, roughly RM 350 - RM 380 per foot run. Most of these wardrobe have standard depth. So, the pricing is like kitchen cabinet, per foot run.

As for TV cabinet, again, actually you can buy ready made.

Local kitchen cabinet maker's material quality sucks big time. I am talking about the standard ones that charge RM350 to RM400 pfr. If you go higher end like Kignature Sitchen- first they need to even layan you (highly likely they will not even entertain you or tell you to your face to go to a cheap cabinet maker coz you can't afford them). 2nd, you must wait for months. 3rd, it's really poor value for what you get.

Try to go for Ikea ones or custom made ones with higher quality MDF. The common local one everything will bend, peel and look damaged in a couple of years. They claim it is MDF (medium density fibreboard) but it is actually LDF (low density fibreboard).

Aluminium cabinets are too expensive for what they are. IMO not worth it at all.
IMO there are only 2 good options.
1) Get Ikea cabinets (easy to do)
2) Find a cabinet maker who uses higher quality MDF/blockwood/plywood (not easy to find someone who still do this with reasonable price).
