Hi Guys, I am new here. I just got my Q9300. But the temp is the one worry me. Clock Speed: 3225MHz Vcore: 1.2V (After Vdrop and Vdroop  ) Mind to teach me what software can detect the processor VID? Yea. Penryn and Yorkfied are using the small size heatsink.  For temp, there is no exact or accurate temp I think since Intel never advertise the Tjmax. Both softwares you stated are just estimation IIANM. -pWs-

Same goes to my Q9300 as well. Core1 & Core2 highest than the other 2 cores. My core1 10 degree higher while core2 5 degree. If that the case, I more disappointed than you lor.  -pWs-
