Hi Guys,
I am new here.
I just got my Q9300. But the temp is the one worry me.

Clock Speed: 3225MHz
Vcore: 1.2V (After Vdrop and Vdroop laugh.gif)

Mind to teach me what software can detect the processor VID?
RMClock cannot be opened in Vista 64bits.

Please help. Thanks notworthy.gif

Yea. Penryn and Yorkfied are using the small size heatsink. smile.gif

For temp, there is no exact or accurate temp I think since Intel never advertise the Tjmax.

Both softwares you stated are just estimation IIANM.

Same goes to my Q9300 as well.
Core1 & Core2 highest than the other 2 cores.

My core1 10 degree higher while core2 5 degree.
If that the case, I more disappointed than you lor. laugh.gificon_rolleyes.gif
