Hi,

Recently buying a condo with partly furnished with kitchen cabinet, and basic toilet equipment, and floor tiles.

Would like to know how much cost needed for a condo at 1080sqft, 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms if i need build in wardrobe for room and toilet, including the plaster ceiling.

Renovation enough for me to rent out will do.

Around 20 - 30k should be sufficient. If you opt for melamine instead of plywood wardrobe should be cheaper

Ikea furnitures will be cheaper. My homestay furnishing are mostly from there. For wardrobe, I bought the Pax Series.

Plaster ceiling .... personally I dont think is necessary.
