Hi,
Recently buying a condo with partly furnished with kitchen cabinet, and basic toilet equipment, and floor tiles.
Would like to know how much cost needed for a condo at 1080sqft, 4 bedroom and 2 bathrooms if i need build in wardrobe for room and toilet, including the plaster ceiling.
Renovation enough for me to rent out will do.

Renovation enough for me to rent out will do. Ikea furnitures will be cheaper. My homestay furnishing are mostly from there. For wardrobe, I bought the Pax Series. Plaster ceiling .... personally I dont think is necessary. This post has been edited by mini orchard: May 29 2022, 10:05 PM
