yup, those that appeared in previous 5 draws cycle can reappear again in this cycle, remember i wrote before there will be around 70 starting numbers out of 100 (from 00 to 99) that will come out in every 5 draws? but if u notice the biggest list i give every 5 draws only got around 30 numbers? where the other 40 come from? from the 70 numbers(100-30) that is not in the list that i wrote

so its either u choose a starting number from the list of 30 or from the list of 70 for this 5 draw cycle, there will be more numbers from the list of 70(up to 50 will open in the end) that will come out for each draw in every 5 draws, but u are choosing out of a pool of 70 numbers or a possible of 7000 numbers if u add up the last 2 digits possibilities

but if u choose from the list of 30(up to 20 will open in the end), lesser will appear in each draw, but u are choosing out of a pool of 30 starting numbers only and possible of 3000 numbers after add up the last 2 digits




btw from this set, 23XX came out in today's draw, 2341 3rd prize today, so can remove 23 from the set
