HI,

I had a cracked screen on my Samsung J7 Pro and went to get it fixed at Low Yat usual stalls. I chose the LED option which the guy stated was original. From the beginning it felt wrong, it responded to touch with delay and not at the right spot, and true enough in about two months it started showing flickers and is dying out.

The question is where can I fix my phone properly? No I don't intend to use the official dealers, they take far too long keeping the phone for weeks and like to wipe it completely and a lot of times they way overcharge. I want a reliable on the spot repair that uses good parts.

Any recommendations please?

It would be really great to get an actual recommendation for a repair store, guys.

1- DIY will have the same problem of where to get reliable parts that I know are not cheap knock-offs that would crap out in a couple of months, plus it has my dexterity penalty and lack of tools to add insult and injury to that situation.
2- Not interested in Samsung store. Cost/delay/and wiping phones unnecessarily makes it a no-go. And no I don't believe this "will get it back in the same day" thing. Last time I went they required 48 hours to "test".
3- New RM1000 phone is not a reasonable solution to a RM100 screen problem. Plus, I absolutely don't care for migrating phone accounts, files and settings, and also lose app data in the process. Leave my Candy Crush boosters alone, you monsters!

There is one shop managed to fix my Samsung Note 10 Lite issue where even official Samsung cannot fix.

R&K Mobile Repair & Laptop Puchong @ Aeon Big Puchong Utama.

The guy who helped me is Alan. Can give them a try.
