There are a total of four categories for the run:

Women's 21 and below - 10km
Women above 21 - 10km
Men's 21 and below - 10km
Men's above 21 - 10km

Minimum age for participation is 13 yrs old as at 31 Dec 2007

The run is 3 hour and medals and certificates are awarded to top 3 winners of each category
