Don't be scammed by the "processing fees". They charge you 3.5k for nothing. The JPJ transfer, paperworks and so on cost them next to nothing. It's just additional profit for them on top of what they are already charging for the car.

You can google or even watch youtube videos on processing fees. A few used car dealers actually explain how this is a scam.
